Organizing meet-up for the new youth group (older than 16)

As we already announced, we want to reorganize our youth group(s) together. We already had some meetings as a smaller group.
Now we want to start the process with everyone who wants to take part in a group where you can meet up, talk, do activities together an just be who you are.
Therefore we meet up on Sunday March 5th 2023 at 12pm at the Queer Center Erfurt. We are planning on having a two hour meeting and have lunch together afterwards.

Information about the meeting:

When? on Sunday March 5th 2023 at 12 pm. Afterwards we want to eat lunch together.

Topic? We want to answer some question for our new Youth Group like:

• When do we want to meet up?
• How frequent do we want to meet up?
• How should the meet-ups look like?

Who? At this meeting we want to plan the youth group for people older than 16. The younger group is still being planned.

Where? We will meet up at the Queer Center Erfurt
